(Full story here)

At Helpful Home Buyers LLC, we believe that real estate development can—and should—serve a higher purpose. Our recent project in Trumbull, Connecticut is a perfect example of how we turn underutilized properties into vibrant community assets.

📍 Project Overview: 49 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull, CT

In 2021, we acquired the historic Hawley Homestead, a 1.7-acre property dating back to the 1700s. Our goal? To preserve its rich history while introducing much-needed housing through thoughtful, adaptive reuse.

✅ What We Delivered:

  • 9 One-Bedroom Units in the original Colonial home
  • 2 One-Bedroom Units in the historic barn
  • Full occupancy as of early 2025

Each unit was designed with care, featuring:

  • Preserved woodwork from the original structure repurposed into beautiful features
  • Quartz countertops, oak floors, stainless steel appliances
  • Modern conveniences like in-unit laundry and off-street parking
